Product Description
1017 Mine Ceramic Filter Plate Cleaner is a water-based, eco-friendly, and innovative cleaning agent designed to effectively remove metallic sulfides, mineral derivatives, and other stubborn deposits from the surface of ceramic membranes. Primarily used for cleaning ceramic filter plates in mineral processing equipment, it serves as a safe and effective alternative to strong acids like nitric acid and hydrochloric acid. This product swiftly dissolves and washes away residual metal ore powders and lingering flotation additives from the ceramic filter plate surfaces. With its exceptional penetrating power, it efficiently dislodges even the tiniest particles that clog the micro-pores of the ceramic filter plates, leaving behind a filter cake with moisture content below 9%. Importantly, the product contains no strong acidic components, making it gentle on skin and completely non-corrosive to both ceramic filter plates and stainless steel—ensuring it meets increasingly stringent environmental standards.
Features:
1. Replace strong acids such as nitric acid and hydrochloric acid;
2. Quickly cleans various pore-blocking substances from the ceramic filter plate; after cleaning, the new filter plate achieves a positive-pressure permeability rate of over 90%.
3. Long-term use results in minimal changes to the filter plate's micropore size;
4. Mildly acidic product, free from any strong acids; direct contact won’t harm the skin and is harmless to the human body.
5. Environmentally friendly—waste cleaning fluids can be discharged directly, and the effluent water meets the national wastewater discharge standards.

Material property parameters:
Appearance: Pale yellow liquid
Water-soluble: Easily dissolves
pH: 2.7 ± 0.2
Specific gravity: 1.02 ± 0.02
Operating Process:
Pour the 1017 concentrate into the ceramic filter plate along with water at a ratio of 1:10–5, then use negative pressure and ultrasonic waves for cleaning. The standard cleaning duration is 60–120 minutes. If the micropores are severely clogged or significant residues remain, you may extend the cleaning time accordingly. After completion, be sure to rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Quality standards:
The factory has obtained GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification; the products comply with the People's Republic of China’s environmental protection standards; and the products meet the EU RoHS standards.
