1218 Neutral Optical Cleaner
1218 Neutral Optical Cleaner is a mixture of metal chelating agents and various surfactants. Mainly used for all kinds of optical glass, ceramics, sapphire and other materials after coating cleaning, has a good cleaning ability and does not hurt the coating layer, can remove the surface of the product after coating organic matter, inorganic impurities, particles, hand lines and other pollutants.

does not contain heavy metals and conforms to RoHS standard of EU;
has strong cleaning power and can quickly remove oil stains, dust particles, fingerprint marks and other dirt.
has no effect on the coating layer at all;

operation process:
ultrasonic cleaning: stock solution mixed with water at about 1: 20;
Temperature: 40-50 ℃
Cleaning Time: how to use
for 3-6 minutes: mix and stir 1218 cleaning agent and water evenly according to a fixed proportion, and the heating value can set the temperature to start cleaning;
Daily maintenance: according to the number of cleaning products and the degree of soiling, timely supplement the stock solution of 1218 cleaning agent, and regularly check the filter elements of pure water equipment and cleaning equipment;
replacement cycle: regular cleaning for about 3 days, heavy load cleaning daily replacement; the maximum replacement period shall not exceed 7 days.

product packaging, storage and transportation:
plastic barrel packaging: 25KG/barrel, non-dangerous goods are easy to store and transport;
has a storage period of two years and cannot be stored in the open air to prevent sun and rain.
Unused cleaning agent must tighten the barrel cover to avoid mixing moisture and impurities.
